We have attracted a talented team of hairdressers and colourists in our Manly hair salon, led by Master Stylist Kristie who has worked in the Salon for more than 10 years.
With some of the best global talent working here at your local Manly hair salon from Australia, New Zealand, England and Ireland – many of the stylists have won awards for their creative and colour expertise. Between the team we have over 50 years experience!
Technical
Degrid
Degrid is our newest and youngest stylist to join our team. Degrid is from beautiful Estonia and long term is hoping to call Australia home. She started hairdressing 6 years ago after always playing with hair as small child. Her motto is “do what you love and you’ll never have to work a day in your life”. She is certainly living that dream and wowing our guests. Her passion is for all things colour and signature balayages.

Stefanie
Stefanie is from Vienna in Austria and started hairdressing at 16 training with celebrity hairdresser Barbara Reichard. With over 15 years of experience, Stefanie brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to our Manly salon. Stefanie is also a qualified Make Up artist and was hired by Alison Kerlin in Singapore. Stefanie has passion for photography, social media, yoga and surfing. We are delighted she is calling Manly home.

Kristie
Kristie is our resident Master Stylist. Originally from New Zealand, Kristie has 20+ years experience living and hairdressing in Manly for over 15 years. She is an expert in all styles and colour. Married with 3 boys, she spends much of her time being a proud Soccer Mum!

Assistants
Millie
Millie is an emerging stylist from El Salvador, moving to Manly in June 2022. Trained at her sister’s salon, Mille’s, South American background produces incredible blow drys and head massages to die for! Mille is available to book online.
Maisey
Maisey is a part-time assistant who delivers a wonderful head massage. She loves assisting the stylists with colour. Maisey is local to the northern beaches.
Mila
Mila is an emerging stylist and first year apprentice. She specialises in upstyles, clip in extensions, keratin smoothing and blow drys. Mila grew up on the northern beaches and is available to book online.
Management
Belinda
Belinda took ownership of the Manly Hair Salon in January 2022. She brings a wealth of business and hospitality experience to Cranium Hair. Having previously run 5-star hotels, Belinda brings the ultimate customer experience to Manly and will be ready to greet you with her trademark smile.
Martin
Manly hair salon owner, Martin, is responsible for Accounts and Marketing. He can be seen in Salon from time to time capturing social content and helping out the team! Martin is also known for making fabulous cocktails.

I moved to Manly recently and wanted to find a new hairdresser. I went to Cranium Hair and would highly recommend their service. I needed help with the process of growing out/covering up my balayage. The staff were super lovely and welcoming from great coffee to fun conversations. Dee was the stylist who worked on my hair, she is very talented and skilled—implementing perfectly what I wanted into the final product. She was also very focused to detail in getting all split ends without loosing length.
